This is the original trailer for Monte Hellman's 1971 "muscle car" film starring James Taylor, Warren Oates and Dennis Wilson. I loved the movie as a James Taylor fan and a Beach Boys fan, and a car nut; though only a handful of my friends agreed with me back then. In '71, I had just driven a Toyota Corolla across the country and, trust me, it was a much tamer experience! That was the second of my numerous cross country adventures.
