Take a Kid to a Car Show

This was started several years ago, but I have not ever seen a show dedicated to this. I believe we need to exposed children to our "Sport" and especially those that may never have had the opportunity. I would like to hear your thoughts on this and maybe we can plan a show built around it.....thoughts????

I sent them an email looking for more informtion. It will be interesting what type of response I receive. I have also spoken to Belinda with Social Circle Cruizers and we have begun discussion on hosting an event focusing on Kids. If anyone has any ideas, please share them either directly to me or on this blog

There once was an organization called Big Brothers & Sisters which hooked up healthy adults with teens who are neglected or struggling. I wonder if they are still around. Car shows would be a good way for them to get involved. Maybe we could have a show to benefit them, as well. I will check on them and get back. Mike T.
