Information
Winter Fest is a Toys for Tots Event. Similar to last year our goal is to collect as many toys possible. This year we’re giving away a free car vinyl wrap courtesy of Candy Wraps to someone that donates a toy. In order to get a raffle ticket to win the vinyl wrap you MUST donate a toy to receive a raffle ticket.
Rules/Expectations:
-If you plan on showing your car please remember this is a closed event. (Once cars are parked they will remain parked until 3pm.) Spectator’s cars can come and go as they please. | Contact events@ilovedrivingslow.com for questions.
-Going into the airport lobby is strictly prohibited.
– Driving/Riding/Rucking around the show car area during the event is strictly prohibited.
-Day of pricing is more expensive and is firm. (Buy online to save.)
-Show Cars, Teams, and vendors all have specific roll in times. Please show up at your respective roll in times to avoid forfeiting your money.
-There will be no benefit showing up anytime earlier than your roll in time. Anyone camping out will be asked to leave and return at their roll in time.
– Media Pass individuals will be the only
people with access to the Media Access areas. (Anyone else would be asked to leave the event.)
– There will be plenty of food and drinks available, Coolers are welcomed. Please leave your tent and grills at Home. (The event is held at a live airstrip so we cannot have any items blowing around)
– There are designated smoking areas, please think before smoking as there are flammable gas tanks within yards of the event. Please smoke in the correct Areas. There will be no smoking allowed in the Hanger.
Restrictions
-No Glass Bottles, Tents or Grills allowed at this event.
-We will have Food Trucks and Restrooms Available
-Show Cars, Rucks/Motorcycles will have no re-entry
-This is a closed event. To keep from causing traffic and accidents.
