Rain or shine. 16th annual "On Cosby" Car Show as part of the 3 day "On Cosby" Festival. Judges Choice to the top 20 vehicles. Judging is from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Awards presentation begins at 3:00 p.m. Registration fee is $15.00.
