We would like to invite you to a cruise-in on Friday nights at the Sonic Drive-in, located on Atlanta Hwy just off of Hwy 53 in Flowery Branch, Ga., from 4-8pm. Everyone welcome, come and be with friends and meet new people. There may also be opportunity to share with folks or offer gift packets from the church across from Sonic, Blackshear Place Baptist. If interested in joining us for fun, food and fellowship, please contact us for more information. We plan to start up mid to late April, 2013.

At 11:37am on February 1, 2013, Wendy Boswell said…: The foster and adoptive parents of Hall County extend an invitation to you to attend our 3rd annual car show on April 27th, 2013! The show location is the Hayes Dodge dealership, 3115 Frontage Rd in Gainesville GA from 11:00 to 5:00 with trophies awarded at 4:00.. All the money we collect goes to benefit the children in foster care in our county. We provide care bags when a foster child comes into foster care with all the necessities like a tooth brush and tooth paste and things like a new toy, a blanket... We also provide Christmas gifts for every child in care and we are looking to start up providing a birthday gift for their special day. We need your help to be able to take care of the 130 or so Hall County foster children. Registration is $15 per vehicle. We also welcome venders. Dixie Cruisers is having a small show this weekend at the NAPA next to Jimmy's gas station on Athens Street on Saturday from 1 to 5pm. (click here). That allows for those who wish to go to the American Street Rodders Cruise-In in Braselton for the evening. (click here)

I took so many pictures and drooled over many. Dagwood has a 78 Plymouth van right now, working on it, little by little as money permits. BUT he has owned hundreds of vintage vehicles and can remember each one with great fondness. I will post some pictures from Dawsonville if that is permissible. Welcome to our website! I am looking forward to great photos (and maybe videos) of your favorite cars and or motorcycles, and others of different "wheels" and events you enjoy.
It is good to write about your "wheels" adventures on the blog, as we all enjoy stories from our members.
One of the real strengths of our website is the feature that any member can add events whenever they find one that we have overlooked! You do not have to "submit" through emails or the postal service, etc.
